RESOURCES, FAVORITES AND FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

GENERAL QUESTIONS:

Q: Will I get credit for training if I don't attend the full time of the class?

A: No, to be completely certified you have to attend the entire time span of the class. WE BELIEVE KNOWLEDGE IS POWER.

Q: What do your solutions cover and are they reasonable?

A: Yes, they are reasonable. Our goal is to provide what you can do today, in 10 days, 6 months, and in a year while keeping the solutions cost effective and mindful of production schedules.

Q: Do you train fire departments?

A: Typically only in conjunction with location training to provide overlap, which is something we strongly recommend.

Q:What are some of the companies you have done services for in the past?

A: Cargill, Smithfield Foods, Farmland, 3M, PSSI, Advance Pierre, Sugar Creek Packing, Butterball, Kraft foods, Dorada Foods, John Morrell, Creekstone Farms, Bama Pie, Con Agra. Including various contractors and fire departments in Iowa, Kansas, Nebraska Missouri, Nebraska, Georgia, Oklahoma, and Colorado.

Q: How does your team stay current?

A: We stay current by each working everyday hands-on in the field, or attending training and conferences each year. Keeping fresh and current is a very high priority for us, so that we can give you the very best and latest information.

Q: Can training be conducted if we do not have all the equipment needed prior to you arriving at our location?

A: No, we will work with your location to help you get the gear you need so that we can train your employees on their gear, helping them feel comfortable and ready.

HAZMAT QUESTIONS:

Q: Why do you not bring your own gear for training?

A: Regulations require employees to be trained on the equipment they will use to respond in for scenarios or real life events. We do not think that it is right to charge you for training or a service and you risk not being in compliance, and have extra training to do on your end.

CONFINED SPACE QUESTIONS:

Q: Have you ever done a real confined space rescue?

A: YES, our team has been involved in CSR teams as part of their previous employment and experience.

Q: We do not perform confined space entries, but contractors on our site do. Will we still need to get training?

A: YES, We recommend the 4 hour Confined Space Entry course so that you know the procedures contractors should follow on your site.
