we’re in it for the long haul.

At Allen Safety, we have a small, full time, highly trained team of passionate experts you’ll come to know well, and with whom you’ll develop a strong working relationship.  In matters of employee safety, we feel this environment is far superior to a revolving door of part-time employees with limited experience, looking to supplement their income to allow the pursuit of what they’re “actually” passionate about.

 

For our team, this is not a hobby we do to supplement a pension from our “real” career during retirement.  This occupation is our calling and its why we come in early and stay late with our clients on our own time to improve engineering and worker safety across the board. We’re ready to dig deep because we’re in it for the long haul.

Joe Allen

Joe Allen is the Owner of Allen Safety. His main role is to create new concepts and ideas to push the safety industry forward while helping increase client profits and driving location injuries to zero.

Before creating Allen Safety in 2001, Joe worked as a Safety Manager at Cargill Meat Solutions and Bama Foods. Joe spent 6 years in the Navy as a Corpsman which was what initially directed his career into the safety industry.

Joe holds a BS from Oklahoma State’s Fire Protection and Safety program and holds a Certified Hazardous Materials Manager (CHMM) certification.

VP Operations & Engineering

Jen Allen

Jen Allen is the Vice President of Operations & Engineering.  Her role in the company is to take broad concepts and ideas and supply the technical details, allowing for step by step implementation at client sites.

 

Before coming to Allen Safety in 2011, Jen managed Construction Safety for the University of Kansas Hospital and worked as a Safety Manager for Cargill Meat Solutions

 

Jen holds a BS from the University of Missouri in Business.

Senior Director of Consulting

Brian Bramschreiber

Brian Bramschreiber is the Senior Director of Consulting.  Brian’s role in the company is to ensure consistency in training and auditing content and methods across all consultants and trainers.

Before coming to Allen Safety in 2016, Brian worked as a Safety Manager for JBS, and in the roles of Safety Manager, Shipping Manager, Training Manager, Scheduling Supervisor, Tech Services Supervisor, and Production for Cargill Meat Solutions.

Brian attended the University of Iowa.

Safety Coordinator and Trainer

Guy Loushin

Guy Loushin is a Safety Coordinator and Trainer for Allen Safety.  Guy’s role is to perform auditing, training, and procedure/assessment writing at client sites.

 

Before coming to Allen Safety in 2018, Guy worked at Kraft Heinz in the roles of Production Manager, EHS Manager, and Plant Manager, and held Production and R/D Manager positions with Kellogg’s, Quality Chef, and Now Foods.

 

Guy holds a BS in Dietetics from The University of Wisconsin Stout.
