For all Sanitation Safety courses, the facility will need:

A place with chairs and tables for the team to gather in between drills and for breaks (conference room, etc).
Access to production during sanitation hours.

For all Sanitation Safety courses, participants will receive:

All training is 100% customized for your location and your company (we do not have a “stock” course that is generalized to fit all industries).
We train utilizing your location’s safety policies and procedures.
Training on location on your location’s PPE, equipment, and production areas
PowerPoints and videos will not be utilized during any part of the training for any of the courses.
Courses will be in the field for the majority of the course.
Courses will cover trends within the last 12 months.
You will receive a schedule for reference.
All courses receive certificate list.
All participants will receive a certificate.
A large variety of snacks will be provided throughout the course.
All participants are eligible to select a gift at no additional cost to you from our website (hats, shirts, coffee thermos etc) that is shipped directly to the address of their choosing.

16 hour “OSHA” Sanitation Focused Safety Training Course

Training timeline: At initial job assignment and every 3 years thereafter.
Attendees: Sanitation Supervisors, Superintendents and Managers, Environmental and Safety Managers, Engineering and Maintenance Mangers, and Food Safety Managers.
Prerequisite: NONE.
The course would be held over two 8-hour classes.
Classes will be held on sanitation shifts.
The following subjects will be covered in the field providing a site specific crash course in sanitation safety:

Record Keeping & Accident Investigations.
Housekeeping, Walking Working Surfaces.
EAP, Fire Prevention, Egress.
PIT/Aerial Lifts.
Ladders, Fall, Elevated Work.
Hearing.
First Aid, BBP.
PPE, Non-Regulated MOCs.
Respiratory & Industrial Hygiene.
LOTO.
Machine Guarding.
Confined Space.
Electrical Safety & Arc Flash.
HAZCOM, Chemical Handling, New chemical Acquisition.
Chemical Mixing, Storage, Receiving, Movement, & Titration.
Chemical Application (Including Fogging/Atomizing).
Ergonomics.

30 hour “OSHA” Sanitation Focused Safety Training Course

Training timeline: At initial job assignment and every 3 years thereafter.
Attendees: Sanitation Managers, Environmental and Safety Managers, Engineering and Maintenance Managers, and Food Safety Managers.
Prerequisite: NONE
The course can be four 7.5-hour classes or three 10-hour classes
Classes will be held on sanitation shifts
The following subjects will be covered IN-DEPTH both in the field and through your programs, procedures, and SOPs, as they specifically relate to sanitation processes:

Record Keeping & Accident Investigations.
Housekeeping, Walking Working Surfaces.
EAP, Fire Prevention, Egress.
PIT/Aerial Lifts.
Ladders, Fall, Elevated Work.
Hearing.
First Aid, BBP.
PPE, Non-Regulated MOCs.

All training will be unique and fully customized to your sanitation within your industry and with staffing.
